- Acceptance — full and unconditional acceptance of this offer by payment, booking, or other confirmation.
2. Subject & Acceptance
2.1. The Company will provide the chosen Services or deliver Goods on the terms stated at booking; the Customer will accept and pay for them under this offer.
2.2. By booking, paying, or ordering, the Customer confirms they have read, understood, and accept these terms in full, and, where booking for others, that they have shared and accepted these terms on all participants’ behalf regardless of who pays.
2.3. The Company may decline any booking or order for legitimate reasons.
3. Booking & Payment for Services
3.1 Booking. Made via the Site or directly; confirmed only upon the Company’s written confirmation (email). Space is subject to availability.
3.2 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit. A 30% non-refundable deposit of the full price confirms a Multi-Day Tour booking. It covers the Company’s non-recoverable advance commitments to suppliers and is not refundable if the Customer cancels for any reason.
3.3 Final Payment. The balance for Multi-Day Tours is due no later than 60 days before the start date unless stated otherwise. Late payment may result in cancellation with forfeiture of the deposit.
3.4 Pricing. Prices are in USD per person unless stated otherwise and are valid until full payment. Material cost changes (currency, supplier tariffs, government charges) will be notified before any new price applies. Different participants may pay different prices; later discounts do not apply retroactively.
3.5 Group Size. Small-group tours are limited to 8 participants. Private, family, and corporate programs are available on request.
3.6 Travel Insurance. Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all Multi-Day Tours (cancellation/interruption, medical, evacuation/repatriation, baggage) and strongly recommended for Day Experiences and Workshops. The Company is not liable for losses that adequate insurance would have covered.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@craftnculture.uz; timing is based on when written notice is received.
4.1 Multi-Day Tours
- 90+ days before start: only the deposit (30%) is retained.
- 60–90 days: 50% of the full price retained.
- 30–59 days: 75% retained.
- Under 30 days: no refund (100%).
4.2 Day Experiences & Workshops
- 24+ hours before start: full refund.
- Under 24 hours: no refund.
4.3 Marketplace Goods
- Goods in proper condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Only the product cost is refunded; shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Custom-made/personalized items and perishable goods are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
- For defective or damaged Goods, notify the Company within 48 hours with photos.
4.4 No-Show. No refund where the Customer fails to attend without prior written notice.
4.5 Unused Portions. Once a program begins, no refund is given for unused services.
4.6 Cancellation by the Company. The Company may cancel or reschedule for insufficient enrollment, safety, force majeure, or other reasons beyond its control. The Customer may choose: (a) full refund, (b) transfer to another date/program of equal value, or (c) a credit voucher.
4.7 Changes & Substitutions. The Company and its suppliers may substitute accommodation, venues, routes, or services with comparable ones where necessary.
5. Participant Code
- Right fit — the program matches their ability, fitness, and health.
- Personal responsibility — programs do not include physical assistance or personal care.
- Medical & dietary — disclosed in advance, at least 30 days before start (for Day Experiences, at booking).
- Documents — the Customer is responsible for a valid passport, visa, permits, and vaccinations.
- Age — alcohol-related programs and tastings are 18+; minors only with parent/guardian.
- Conduct & respect — for local laws, customs, makers, guides, residents, and fellow participants.
- Group safety — the Company, guide, or supplier may remove a participant whose conduct poses a safety risk, without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk
6.1. The Customer understands that tourism, craft, and culinary activities involve risks, including use of tools, heat equipment, pottery kilns, and open flame; travel on foot and by vehicle; consumption of food and drink (including alcohol); natural and weather conditions; and limited access to medical care in remote areas.
6.2. By booking, the Customer voluntarily assumes these risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan, releases the Company from liability for injury, illness, loss of property, or other harm arising from normal participation, except in cases of the Company’s intent or gross negligence.
7. Company Responsibility
7.1 Third Parties. The Company is the seller of Services and Goods but engages independent Suppliers (makers, guides, hotels, transport). Suppliers are independent contractors.
7.2 Force Majeure. The Company is not liable for non-performance due to events beyond its reasonable control. It may reschedule; if the Customer cannot travel on the new date, a credit voucher for 100% of value valid 24 months is offered, or standard cancellation terms apply.
7.3 Limitation of Liability. The Company’s total liability for any booking or order does not exceed the amount actually paid for it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss or lost profit.
8. Marketplace & Goods
8.1. The Company is the seller of Goods; some items are made by independent makers. Handmade items are unique — minor variations in color, texture, shape, and size from Site images are normal and not defects.
8.2. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated; shipping is calculated at checkout.
8.3. Delivery. Delivery times are estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer when Goods are handed to the carrier. For international delivery, the Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs charges.
8.4. Returns & Defects. Section 4.3 applies.
9. AI-Generated Blog Content
9.1. Some blog and Site material is created or assisted using artificial-intelligence tools.
9.2. Such material is informational only, may contain inaccuracies or errors, and is not professional, legal, medical, visa, or travel advice.
9.3. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of blog material and is not liable for decisions taken in reliance on it.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site Content is the property of CRAFTNCULTURE LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. Reproduction or commercial use requires the Company’s written permission.
11. Photo & Video Release
By participating, the Customer consents to photography and video and their use for marketing and social media at no charge. To opt out, notify the Company in writing before the program begins.
12. Personal Data
Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this offer.
13. Complaint Procedure
13.1. If a problem arises during a program, the Customer must immediately notify the guide or the Company.
13.2. If unresolved, a written complaint must be sent within 14 days of the program’s end.
13.3. Failure to follow this procedure extinguishes or reduces any claim.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes are first addressed by negotiation; failing agreement, they are referred to the court at the Company’s location (Tashkent).
15. Language & Precedence
This offer is made in Russian and English. The Russian version is the governing text; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.
16. Validity & Amendments
This offer takes effect on publication and remains in force until withdrawn or replaced. The Company may amend it by publishing a new version on the Site. The version in force on the booking date applies to that booking.
