All cancellations must be sent in writing to info@craftnculture.uz. Refund timing is based on when written notice is received.
Multi-Day Tours
Multi-Day Tours require a 30% non-refundable deposit at booking to confirm advance commitments to suppliers (accommodation, makers, guides, transport).
- 90+ days before start: only the deposit (30%) is retained — the remaining 70% is refunded.
- 60–90 days: 50% of the full price is retained.
- 30–59 days: 75% is retained.
- Under 30 days: no refund (100% retained).
Final balance for Multi-Day Tours is due 60 days before the start date. Late payment may result in cancellation with forfeiture of the deposit.
Day Experiences & Workshops
- 24+ hours before start: full refund.
- Under 24 hours: no refund.
Marketplace Orders
- Goods in proper condition may be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Only the product cost is refunded; shipping (both original and return) is non-refundable, and the buyer arranges and pays for return shipping.
- Custom-made / personalized items and perishable goods (e.g. food) are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects.
- For defective, damaged, or misdescribed Goods, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We will either send a replacement or refund the product cost.
No-Show & Early Exit
No refund where you fail to attend without prior written notice. Once a program begins, no refund is given for unused services — the price is a package, and early departure or removal does not entitle you to a partial refund.
If We Cancel
We may cancel or reschedule for insufficient enrollment, safety, force majeure, or other reasons beyond our control. You may choose one of:
- Full refund of amounts paid;
- Transfer to another date or program of equal value;
- A credit voucher for future booking.
A refund of amounts paid is the full settlement of claims.
Changes & Substitutions
We and our suppliers may substitute accommodation, venues, routes, or services with comparable ones where necessary, with reasonable notice.
Force Majeure
For events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, war, civil disturbance, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, quarantines, travel restrictions, government action) we may reschedule. If you cannot travel on the new date, we offer a credit voucher for 100% of value valid 24 months, or standard cancellation terms apply.
